I’m Vlad Ghitulescu (more on me here). I’ll post here regularly thoughts about my yoga practice and my yoga-course. There will be also answers to your questions/comments as well as book recommendations and how-to’s.
What’s the purpose of this blog?
I have been practicing yoga for years and have seen a lot of people
beginning. They dive into Yoga, they feel the results, are fascinated by
it… wow!
After a while they understand that some time and energy should flow
continuously in Yoga in order to maintain these results.
And even if the results are obtained by a not so intense practice, the
daily balance between the dues of the outer world and the needs of our
inner world are sometime hard to keep - so many quit!
This all can be avoided - through information! Through this blog!
Here is a surviver ;-) speaking. One who still believes that Yoga is reachable and appropriate for our physical and psychic health. One who has a lot of tips!
