Yoga - what for? Why bending / sitting / chanting?!

This is a good question! You put effort and invest your time in it - and you are craving for both, since you're searching for methods! :-) - so you want the best on the market for it! ;-)

What do you get? Exactly:

  • Health. Physical first of all: It can cure cancer and ease day-to-day pains. Quick!
  • Health again. Emotionally. Everything is asking for your attention, quick reaction and exclusive participation. Yoga gives you instead the stolen silence back. It's holiday for your soul!
  • Once again, health, now on the mental level, through concentration and the knowledge about the power of our thoughts.
  • Time, oportunity and methods to get to know yourself. What do you do for it except yoga?!

Yoga gives you through this also an indirect gain: the balance that we got through the orientation within! We are driven too often too much outside - that screams sooner or later of a balance.
